Commitment to Clients
As a trusted advisor to both boards and management teams, my goal is to ensure that the executive compensation programs I design are business-focused and aligned with your current strategy. I am a firm believer in best fit over best practice, as each company is unique and their compensation plans should be tailored to their needs and not just be following the fad du jour. I am also passionate about helping family and privately held businesses to use compensation as a competitive tool to attract, retain, and motivate their key talent.
