The Hospitals and Health Systems Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey
About the Survey
The Hospitals and Health Systems Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey provides compensation and benefits data for 31 executive positions. In 2024, a total of 106 organizations from 28 states participated. Three main reports are generated from data collected: national, upstate New York, and rural/critical access hospitals (top 10 positions). The national report includes an executive summary noting current trends and findings. Participants are able to benchmark against multiple variables to determine whether executive positions are competitively positioned. For over 20 years, this survey was conducted by Yaffe and Company, which was acquired by Pearl Meyer in September 2020.
